Sweet house for exchange in the south of France (Europe)

My name is Géraldine, I am midwife and I live with my son Timothy 15 years old. I had promised to him to bring him to

. We are very thrilled at the idea to visiting this city of legend. We"ll come with my niece 14 years old. My period of vacation is very short because I have a lot of work (only between 6 july-20july 2008). I will very delighed to exchange my house with you; we"ll it be very well. We have 3 sweet cats and some plants we would ask you to take care of them . (if you don't want, it’s not a problem, friends of mine will do it).

Description of our house

My house is comfortable, clear and clean, suburban with 2 bedrooms (each with an double bed), a kitchen/dining room, a sitting room with a sofa bed and fireplace, 1 small bathroom with shower/bathtub combination, 1 separate toilet. We have central air conditioning, a kitchen with modern appliances and other facilities include fast wireless internet, wide screen plasma TV with digital satellite receiver and CD/DVD player. Two mountain bikes are also available in the garage. The swimming pool in front of the house is appreciated well during warm summer days.

 

Our neighborhood

Located in a quite area with very nice and welcoming neighbours, our house is at 5 minutes ride from the centre of the village (you can find it all trades) and ten minutes drive from AVIGNON, the city of the popes (there is a bus stop nearby).

Avignon

is a lively city in summer,

                  especially during  the famous festival of theater,

                  in July.

The countryside is very attractiver as well, with a lot off activities like walk, bike and horse rides, kayaking, golf courses, rowing and naturally a very good gastronomy and the famous"road of wines".

We recommend to rent a car order to fully explore the magnificent region
